We needed whole house rewired and therefore required an electrician we could trust 100%. Upon first consultation it was evident that Ben was a professional with a real depth of knowledge regarding his work and regulations. We were 'trapped' in an idea of replacing what we currently had but Ben encouraged us to go for what we wanted: more outdoor lights, wired Ethernet cables, spotlights etc. You could argue that this would benefit him financially however it was clear that wasn't his guiding principle; he truly wanted us to make sure we got what would function best for us as a family.
When it came to setting a date, and throughout all of the work being undertaken, Ben's level of communication was impressive. 
As to the quality of the work; it is of the highest standard. Ben took great care with our personal possessions i.e. moving/covering items where necessary. The wiring itself has all been sunk into the walls wonderfully. Light switches, sockets etc are all safe and firmly attached. It was a pleasure to have a professional with such pride in their own work.
Ben worked late and on the weekend so that we were able to move back into our house as soon as possible. He really went the extra mile and we truly valued and appreciated all of his hard work. Overall we couldn't recommend him highly enough! Thank you!
